The County Clerk is the official keeper
of all public records for the County. The Clerk’s Office is responsible for processing all real property transactions, plats, Commissioners’ Journal documents and Board of Property Tax Appeal petitions for Morrow County. The County Clerk is also the chief election official of the County. It plans, coordinates and conducts all elections in Morrow County. It ensures that elections are conducted according to statute and other related requirements. The Clerk’s Office also plans, coordinates and records Board of Property Tax Appeal hearings.
